Most people admire and respect strong individuals, who have won great success by manifesting will power and self discipline. They admire people, who with sheer will power, self discipline and ambition, have improved their life, learned new skills, overcame difficulties and hardships, reduced their weight, rose high in their chosen field or advanced on the spiritual path.
The truth is that everyone can reach high levels of will power and self-discipline through a practical method of training. These inner power are not reserved for a few special people.
Will power and self discipline are two of the most important and useful inner powers in everyone’s life, and have always been considered as essential tools for success in all areas of life. They can be learned and developed like any other skill, yet, in spite of this, only few take any steps to develop and strengthen them in a systematic way.
What is will power?
It is the inner strength to make a decision, take action, and handle and execute any aim or task until it is accomplished, regardless of inner and outer resistance, discomfort or difficulties.
It bestows the ability to overcomes laziness, temptations and negative habits, and to carry out actions, even if they require effort, are unpleasant and tedious or are contrary to one’s habits.
What is self discipline?
It is the rejection of instant gratification in favor of something better. It is the giving up of instant pleasure and satisfaction for a higher and better goal.
It manifests as the ability to stick to actions, thoughts and behavior, which lead to improvement and success. Self-discipline is self-control, and it manifests in spiritual, mental, emotional and physical discipline.
The purpose of self-discipline is not living a limiting or a restrictive lifestyle. It does not mean being narrow minded or living like a fakir. It is one of the pillars of success and power. It bestows the inner strength to focus all your energy on your goal, and persevere until it is accomplished.
Both of these abilities are required for daily actions and decisions, and also for making major decisions and attaining major success. They are required for doing a good job, for studying, building a business, losing weight, bodybuilding and physical exercises, maintaining good relationships, changing habits, self improvement, meditation, spiritual growth, keeping and carrying out promises and for almost everything else.
One of the most simple and effective methods to develop will power and self-discipline is by refusing to satisfy unimportant and unnecessary desires. Everyone is constantly confronted and tempted by an endless stream of desires and temptations, many of which are not really important or desirable. By learning to refuse to satisfy every one of them, you get stronger.
Refusing and rejecting useless, harmful or unnecessary desires and actions, and intentionally acting contrary to your habits, sharpen and strengthen your inner strength. By constant practice your inner power grows, just like exercising your muscles at a gym increases your physical strength. In both cases, when you need inner power or physical strength, they are available at your disposal.
Here are a few exercises:
– Don’t read the newspaper for a day or two.
– Drink water when thirsty, in spite of your desire to have a soft drink.
– Walk up and down the stairs, instead of taking the lift.
– Get down from the bus one station before or after your destination, and walk the rest of the way.
– For one week, go to sleep one hour earlier than usual.
– If you like ice cream, don’t have any, for a day or two.
These are only a few examples to show how you can develop your will power and self-discipline. You may think that practicing such exercises is being tough on yourself, maybe a little, but they add so much to the storehouse of your inner strength. By following a systematic method of training you can reach far, have more control over yourself and your life, attain your goals, improve your life, and gain satisfaction and peace of mind.
Show and prove to yourself that you are strong and in control, and practice the above exercises for a little while, before passing any judgement on them.

To become more positive, surround yourself with positivity energy and avoid environments with lower energies.
Have you ever noticed that when you enter a room with a bunch of people, you can instantly feel the energy of the environment? Whether the energy is positive or negative, your mood is very likely to get influence…d by it. Each and every interaction we have with the outside world influences our mind. The mind turns relatively negative when in the midst of negative energy, and it turns relatively positive when in the midst of positive energy.
If you want to maintain a positive mind, the smart thing to do is to thus to exercise discretion, to the extent possible, as to what kind of energy you expose your mind to. Consciously choose situations that make you happy, and avoid situations that bring your energy down. The following are some of the areas where we can make conscious positive choices as opposed to blindly subjecting ourselves to negative energy:
Seek people who energize you. These people are happy and positive themselves. They are full of joy, and perceive the world to be a wonderful place full of possibilities. To the extent possible, avoid people who drain your energy. These people are forever stuck in the negative. They are chronic complainers, who see themselves as perfect, and just that the world needs to change to suit their own likes and dislikes. This does not mean that negative people do not deserve our love – in fact they need it more than positive people. What this means is that until the time we become very positive ourselves, it is best to avoid negative influences. After reaching a certain level in your spiritual growth, you will find that you have more mental immunity towards negative energy. When that time comes, you can become a source of strength to others.
Avoid all programs that bring your energy down. This means it is best to mostly stop watching the news. Negative news sells more then positive news, and thus the news is generally fully of negative energy. Whatever the bad news, it has already happened, and we can do nothing about it. By not choosing to participate in watching it, we stop being innocent transmitters of the negative energy. If you must watch TV, consciously choose inspirational and motivational programs. Completely avoiding TV is not a bad idea either. It will free up precious time for things that will help you grow as a person. Similarly, while selecting movies to watch, it is best to avoid movies that are tragic and violent. Instead, watch happy, funny and Inspirational movies that uplifts your spirit.
Again it is best to avoid reading online and offline news regularly. Even reading up on gossip does not help a person become positive. Gossip is simply judgement passed on someone else’s life. It is better to look at our own self and see how we can improve instead. Even on facebook, keep a watch for people who regularly post negative content. They are only showing us the quality of their own minds, and the more we expose ourselves to them, the more we are likely to become like them.
Just as the quality of your physical health is determined to the quality of the foods you take in, the quality of the mental health is determined by the energy of the environments you expose yourself to. The more discretion you exercise in consciously choosing positive environments, the more positive you will become.

They say its a jungle out there and yes it is . if ever we’ve lived in a time of all-powerful “That is now”.
“They” or “us” are the ones ready with the solution for everything that keeps us awake at night: with the questions on ..how can I lose weight? Get healthy? Find the love of my life? Maintain the love of my life? Make my children’s life better? Snag the right job? Get out of debt? Keep all the people I care about in my life? Yet even Google, twitter http://mediumsworld.wordpress.com/ the internet itself and the gaggles of gurus don’t make the questions go away “WHY”.
We’re taking more pills to fall asleep than ever (and asking our doctors for them by name)., store shelves are stuffed with diet and exercise books, but 65 percent of us remain overweight. Countless how-to quit smoking guides exist to prevent the certain deaths of one of every two smokers, and informed decisions about the effects of alcohol on lives and lifestyles. alcohol education programmes, grants, expert information, and resources to help create awareness around alcohol units and alcohol related issues.
Forty-eight million adults continue to light up each day each year to help us understand what the hell is going on.
But yet the world is still awash with questions and answers, so “WHY” aren’t we-or-it–getting any better…”WHY”…?
The fact is that an ever-changing world and our perpetually evolving lives guarantee that we all share the same piece of real estate,. our human address is indeed on the edge-of chaos and clarity, of struggle and success, of wondering and wisdom and more often than not we are dusty from the challenges of day-to -day living . The thing is every time we think we have it all worked out, a new-or an old-question comes along to shake things up and make us feel like we’re falling off the edge once again. Even as we gather experiences that may help us shape our lives for the better and more effectively to enable us to face familiar challenges with greater ease, what we know in one moment does not ensure we’ll know how to face what’s next.
Life is always asking us questions and the biggest question will always be “WHY” the fact is our lives are the “answers”… life is simply what we make it… strength, courage, will power, dreams , love and desire.
WE ARE THE ANSWER… It don’t cost nothing to be nice Click below for
